Jennifer represents clients in numerous business and real estate transactions, including acquisition, sales, financing, leasing, and title work. She counsels clients on business entity formation and structure along with contract negotiation and preparation. She has prepared a variety of consulting and vendor agreements, and has broad knowledge of licensing, regulatory, zoning, environmental, and compliance matters. Jennifer previously served as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Worcester, Massachusetts.
