Neil Petersen

Attorney Petersen has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial financing transactions. He also represents the firm’s business clients on a variety of matters including business formation and governance, business sales and acquisitions and real estate transfers. In addition to his work with the firm’s clients, Neil actively serves as a board member for a number of local non-profits. He also coaches the Moot Court team for his alma mater, Holy Cross. Prior to joining the firm, Neil was an associate with the firm of Riemer & Braunstein, LLP in Boston and a partner with the Worcester firm of Pojani Hurley & Ritter, LLP.
